Many roads within Plain Township are maintained by other public entities. This can cause some confusion for Township residents as to who maintains the road.

Stark County Crisis Center Hotline

The Stark County Crisis Intervention and Recovery Center is available to help individuals and families with needs 24 hours a day. The phone number is 330-452-6000.

Donate Your Old Eyeglasses

Have a pair of old eyeglasses? Donate them to someone in need by dropping them off at Township Hall.

Parks Shelter Reservations

Reserve, pay, and print your permit for Parks Shelter Reservations online. Please go to the reservation site to create an account, login, select your shelter of choice, make a reservation, and pay online! The site is not mobile friendly, so you will need to use a computer to make a reservation. Please be aware that at Diamond Community Park in the months of April-June and August-October, parking may be an issue on Saturdays due to programming in the park.

Summer Serenades In The Park

On Thursday September 5, 2024 Plain Township will play host to the Summer Serenades In The Park in Partnership with Stark Parks and the Canton Symphony Orchestra.

The Canton Symphony Orchestra will be performing with a woodwind quintet beginning at 6:30PM. The event is free to the public.

Please come early and enjoy the DORA by frequenting one of the many establishments in the Oakwood Square Plaza.

Parking is available at Oakwood Square and Plain Township Hall.
