The Plain Township Fire Department offers a variety of services available to township residents. We have information on disposal of fire extinguishers, medical needles and prescription drugs along with information on food pantries, meals on wheels and other social services.

Plain Township is seeking applications for the position of Part-Time Firefighter.
The Plain Township Firefighters will place a 3' X 5' flag in your yard before each of the six listed holidays and pick it up after the holiday. The flag will stay in your yard for up to one week. A 20” long plastic pipe will be buried in your front yard permanently flush with the ground, to hold the flag staff. The Plain Township Firefighters will be offering this service to residents and businesses within Plain Township.
The cost for this service is only $30.00 per calendar year. Profits will be used for Firefighter Charitable funds & Scholarships.
The Plain Township Fire Department is involved with many community events throughout the year. We are proud of Plain Township and enjoy being part of the local parades, Veterans Day and other special events.
